Book Online

Online bookings are available for in-person appointments, telehealth appointments, and phone appointments. For initial appointments only, choose the format (clinic, telehealth, or phone) and type (with a care plan, private, or for an eating disorder) that is most appropriate for you. In-person, or clinic appointments are available fortnightly on Tuesdays. A deposit of $50 is required for all types of initial appointments to secure the booking and will be credited to your consulation fee upon attendance. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation and financial policies.

For in-person appointments available weekly on Thursdays, please contact reception at Baldivis Atwick Terrace Medical Practice on (08) 9523 6574. Reception staff will advise you of appointment duration and consultation fees for these appointments.
